Refund Policy– Vandana Computer

At Vandana Computer, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Course Fees

All course fees paid to Vandana Computer are non-refundable once the admission process is completed.
Fees are also non-transferable to another student or course.

2. Special Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

If a course is cancelled permanently by Vandana Computer.
If admission is rejected by the institute before the course begins due to internal reasons.

In such cases, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

3. Scholarships & Discounts

Fees paid under scholarship schemes, discounts, or promotional offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Scholarship benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or adjusted later.

4. Online Classes & Digital Content

Fees paid for online classes, recorded lectures, digital notes, or downloadable study material are strictly non-refundable, as access is provided immediately after payment.

5. Missed Classes & Early Withdrawal

No refund will be provided for classes missed by the student due to personal reasons.
No refund will be issued if a student discontinues the course midway.

6. Refund Process (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
Vandana Computer is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
